Contracts Administrator – Jr. Fairfax VAHybrid: office and remote Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator with experience and desire to work in contracts related to Federal government contracting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service, detail orientated, and thrives working in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Negotiating and administering contracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other contractual agreements.• Coordinating approval of negotiations and contract awards with appropriate management staff.• Advising program managers and Directors on Contractual issues.• Providing advice and interpretation of contract requirements to program managers and Directors; advising on FAR and other agency specific clauses and commercial contract terms, clauses, representations and certifications• Administering contract terms from proposal stage to project close-out in accordance with relevant regulations.• Data entry into UNANET; set up, maintain and issue orders.• Work with other functions to include subcontracts, purchasing, government property, and accounting. Job Qualifications:
1 years prior experience in a contract administration role
Bachelor’s degree
Fundamental knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other government agency supplements
Familiarity with various contract types, including FFP, T&M, and CPFF
Must be customer service focused and have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to prioritize, plan and analyze multiple and complex contract related activities
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and well organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to take initiative, work a task to completion and deliver results
Ability to work productively independently and as a part of a team
Demonstrate high levels of integrity and accountability
US Citizen with active Secret clearance
