Nationwide Healthcare Services is Hiring a RN UNIT MANAGER Near Hockessin, DE

Regal Heights Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 172 bed skilled nursing facility nestled in beautiful Hockessin, Delaware. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our nursing team!

Negotiable Salary!

Responsibilities for the RN Unit Manager Include:

  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Documents the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
  • Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the hospital policies and patient care outcome standard.
  • Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
  • Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor including establishing priorities.
  • On call rotation.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed RN with valid license.
  • Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care requirements.
  • Long term care experience
  • Point Click Care (PCC) knowledge
  • Excellent Communication Skills

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday!
