The NCH-T Financial Director supports all facets of the financial operations in northwest Ohio. The director Oversees the P&L Management of NCHT/NWPS/Pediatric Care, investigating issues and monitoring reimbursement.

Education:

• Master's degree required. (MBA/MHA preferred)

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communications, required.
• Strong project management skills and ability to create and work against a timeline, required.
• Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple tasks prioritizing as needed.
• Knowledge of corporate business management, government regulations and healthcare financial standards, required.

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in healthcare financial management, required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferred.
