Who we are:

We are an outreach organization that aims to help the community while developing a team of capable

and effective outreach agents.

We connect eligible members of the community with resources from government assistance programs

such as: Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Affordable Care Act (ACA).

What you will doing:

Connecting with the community in retail, event, or account-based settings. Educating people on the

programs available to them, processing applications, and assigning a Tablet or SmartPhone with FREE

Talk/Text/Data services, and also FREE or Low-Cost health care. Clients will qualify if they receive any of

the following benefits:

 EBT/SNAP

 Medicaid/Medi-Cal

 Low to Moderate income

 Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

 Federal Pell Grant

 Affordable Housing

And more…

Other responsibilities include: establishing and building relationships with community organizations,

maintaining and growing account relationships, and holding yourself to a high standard of service.
