Position Overview:

The Card Production Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of FinTech Product Management. This position is responsible for materials and services related to production collateral, bank approvals, and mailing of transaction cards, catalogs, and other printed products to support NationsBenefits’ clients. Responsibilities include project management, job tracking, managing a working inventory, and other card and print fulfillment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a working knowledge of the services, materials, specifications, and production processes related to delivering cards, catalogs, and other printed products offered by NationsBenefits.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align procurement planning with client needs and company strategy.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, and service providers to define and manage card program configurations
• Manage all submissions to the card program’s partner bank and develop a deep understanding of bank requirements as to proactively engage with internal stakeholders to improve approval rates and timeliness
• Assist with financial analysis of card and collateral spend as needed
• Organize and track a multitude of pieces within the company’s overall project plan
• Track acknowledgments from service vendor staff relating to the receipt of materials.
  Track working inventory levels and service vendor usage reports as may be needed.
• Monitor and maintain key material and service supplier relationships.
• Assist in new client implementation, managing a client-specific integration/project plan
• Create and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to collateral procurement activities. Identify opportunities for cost reductions and reduced lead times through efficient order management.
  

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in one of the following areas: purchasing, customer service, production management, or fulfillment operations
• Detail-oriented and able to problem solve in both individual and in group settings
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills while interfacing with various stakeholders throughout the organization
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• This is a position that can be performed remotely
• Remote work requires traveling – at peak periods, up to 20% of the time
  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in project management and Microsoft Excel
