LVI currently have a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing Commercial Roofing firm in Atlanta. Through a strategic business model and methodical approach to business, this firm is currently experiencing unprecedented growth in the Atlanta market, becoming a well known name amongst competitors. They are currently searching for an SPM to be a part of this exciting expansion.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Roofing Project Manager you would be expected but not limited to perform below responsibilities,
- Manage all aspects of assigned roofing projects from start-to-finish including daily operations/activities necessary for its completion,
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations regarding health/safety procedures at job sites while also enforcing company policies/procedures around quality control measures; conduct regular site inspections when needed;
- Oversee planning efforts related specifically towards scheduling activities involving materials delivery times/dates so deadlines can be met without delay;
- Coordinated with other project team members to ensure quality alongside effective completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within the commercial roofing industry industry, with strong knowledge of all common commercial roofing systems
- At least 5 years of experience managing large scale projects, ideally re-roofs new construction
- Knowledge of relevant local regulations pertaining to safety standards during construction such as OSHA
