What You’ll Do

• Self starting, aggressive and competitive professional to take our market stake to a higher level
• Sells and delivers an assigned quota of FSLs per month/annually
• Satisfies OEM (Mack, Volvo) training requirements (dealer operating standards, annual training)
• Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry
• Uses CRM to maintain and evaluate sales cycle, forecast monthly/annual business, communicate opportunities with L&R Manager, and maintain a Customer follow up system to encourage repeat/referral business and increase Customer staisfaction
• Works as a team player with VTC/VTL teams on a local and corporate basis
• Constantly works market for new opportunities to grow profitable business

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or general education degree (required)
• Prefer 4 year college degree in Business or Marketing
• Two to Four years of sales experience (required)
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists,. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to communicate openly and easily with prospects in person, via phone and email.
• Valid Driver's License
