CASE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Case Manager, you'll have an integral role, assisting with Veterans cases. Your tasks will include:
• Regularly communicating with clients and the VA, ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer service.
• Proactively developing evidence from independent sources as directed.
• Engaging in outreach and development initiatives within the client and broader community.
• Utilizing our case management software to coordinate with other team members to maximize the benefits received by our veteran clients.
