Benefits Base Salary Commission Quarterly Bonus Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Holidays and PTO 401(K) Retirement Plan Hybrid Work Schedule (2-3 days remote) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive strategic growth by developing new business opportunities Research companies, identify key players, and generate interest Build sales pipeline and increase brand awareness Interact with prospects via channels such as telephone, email, and social media Collaborate with key decision makers to enhance and refine sales strategies Execute outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social mediums QUALIFICATIONS Competitiveness, self-motivation, and the drive to achieve and exceed targets Must display knowledge of and ability to use computer applications Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills Superior work ethic and high energy level REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1 year-Managed IT Services (MSP) background (Preferred) Minimum 2 years-Sales and/or new business development experience Capacity to work productively and successfully in a fast-paced environment.
