This position is remote with a minimum of 50% travel per month.

The successful candidate must reside in one of the following States: Minnesota; Michigan; Illinois; Indiana or New Jersey

The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading the NSA Brands division (200 stores) of National Storage Affiliates in all facets of store operations and performance. This person will lead a team of Regional Managers, Area Managers and field team members to deliver a great experience for our team and customers while living and promoting our values as the leader of the NSA Brands division.

Compensation: $90-100k Short & Long Term Incentive Comp. 100% Paid Employee Benefits.

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 10 years of Management experience in multi-unit environment is required
• Leading operations changes across the organization
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
