• Anticipated Duration of Assignment: 15 Weeks
• Anticipated Schedule: 5x8 Days

Qualifications for the PT - Physical Therapist:

• One or more year(s) of experience as a PT
• Licensed to practice as a PT with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.
• Active CPR Certification
