Assignment: NSC Facilities
Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager - Facilities & Events
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greets and assists user groups andspectators
•Demonstrates exceptional customer service by interacting with users and answering questions
•Communicates the facility needs through appropriate channels
•Supports the operations team with user needs and facility changeovers
•Ensures safety by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facilities
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements
•Must be 16 years or older
•Authorized to work in the United States
•Reliable transportation to and from work
•Availability to work nights and weekends
•Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
•Knowledge of field sports is helpful but not necessary
