Field Supervisor

Full time Field Managers will work FRI - MON

This role includes a small amount of customer interaction, quality oversight of a route and field work installation. We are seeking a self-starter with a record of dependability and motivation to fulfill scheduled responsibilities without constant direction.

The vision for our Field Supervisor is to provide supervisory comprehensive oversight of the weekend sign placement program, field placement, and maintain personable contact and representation to our client offices, as well as field installation preparation or coverage. Preparation for the weekend route includes- strategies for each upcoming weekend, potentially filling in any deficit within the production or install team as needed.

A normal work week is described below:

Friday: Weekend preparation, including limited amount of sign production in warehouse. Contacting employees and delivering inventory needs for weekend installation. Planning and executing new route checks.

Saturday-Sunday: Our Field Supervisor would be responsible for working with our part-time staff to ensure all materials are in hand and routes covered, route checks / analysis, sales office check ins, patrolling areas and replacing any lost or down signs within the area being serviced. Training any new part-time installers.

Monday: Wrapping up administrative tasks for reports about the previous weekends service. Contacting applicants and scheduling interviews.

Applicant Requirements:

Candidate must be professional, have problem-solving skills, and take direction well

Candidate must have a valid Driver's license and proof of current auto insurance policy (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Candidate must have basic knowledge of power tools, construction skills, etc.

Candidate must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs.

Experience in the sign industry is a plus!

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
