Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to provide a seamless experience for our truck drivers entering and exiting our yard. The right candidate will be customer experience focused, with an extreme attention to detail.
Jot Duties:
· Adhere to company rules and regulations and make safety a priority at all times
· Push “Shipper of Choice” mission forward by providing great driver check-in/check-out experiences for every driver entering or leaving our yard
· Accurately and efficiently obtain all necessary information from truck drivers to allow them to check-in/check-out
· Inspect trailer conditions to ensure safe loading for our brewery team
· Audit Bills of Lading (BOL) for exiting truck drivers
· Interact with AGS and WMS technology throughout your entire shift
· Efficiently communicate with drivers, warehouse supervisor, and co-workers in a professional manner
· Maintain 5S workspace
· Problem solve when needed
