The Record Retrieval Specialist will coordinate between medical providers and copy services to obtain medical records in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product. The ideal candidate has the ability to multitask, an eye for detail and the desire to collaborate with team-members in order to deliver the best possible outcome on a daily basis. Candidates who appreciate a fast-paced environment, possess quick decision making and problem-solving skills, and acute attention to detail should apply!

Qualifications:

Basic Computer skills are required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

Understanding of HIPAA requirements is preferred, but not required.
