We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Leasing Agent that embodies the spirit of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Organize and facilitate tours for prospective clients
- Inspect and coordinate maintenance repairs to meet housing standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, clients, and staff
- Negotiate leases/contracts with tenants in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Up-to-date market knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in property management and/or leasing
- A thorough understanding of property management and its leasing aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management, fair housing, and lease agreements
- Competency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant databases and software
- A valid real estate agent/broker license preferred
