We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Leasing Agent that embodies the spirit of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Organize and facilitate tours for prospective clients
  • Inspect and coordinate maintenance repairs to meet housing standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, clients, and staff
  • Negotiate leases/contracts with tenants in a timely and reliable manner
  • Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • Up-to-date market knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in property management and/or leasing
  • A thorough understanding of property management and its leasing aspects
  • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management, fair housing, and lease agreements
  • Competency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant databases and software
  • A valid real estate agent/broker license preferred
