As a Residential Security Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within exclusive estates.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach.

- Maintain strict control over access to the estate, allowing authorized individuals to enter.

- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to maintain a highly secure environment.

- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.

- Monitor surveillance systems diligently and report any suspicious activities or violations.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

- Collaborate closely with estate management and law enforcement agencies when necessary.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a superior level of security and professionalism.

Requirements:

- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Previous experience in security, concierge, or customer service roles is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.

- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

- Familiarity with surveillance systems and access control software.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a high standard of presentation.

- Prior military service is a plus.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
