Our style, procedures and visitor management system are designed for exclusive properties and our team is selected for their guest relations skills and ability to master our mobile visitor management software. As a Gate Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

National Protection Group is actively hiring full and part-time, unarmed security team members for various shifts You will be working from an air-conditioned guard house, while verifying credentials of visitors and staff entering the property. This job is perfect for retirees, college students and those looking for a customer service focused position.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Guard Card is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior HOA experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working with technology; experience with "Gate Key" or "Gate Sentry" visitor software system is bonus.
• Bilingual speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the HOA property to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Check in residents, vendors, and guests using the "Gate Key" system, as well as "Gate Sentry"
• Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents.
• Respond to and report any suspicious activities or security issues.
• Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner.
