Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Respond to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, regarding products, services, and dealership information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge or interest in powersports vehicles is a plus.
