Lead Vehicle Prep/Detail/Battery Summary of responsibilities: This person is responsible for washing and detailing all received vehicles. This personal is also responsible for doing quality control of what is coming out of the wash bag and the wipe down area. You are responsible for doing this safely and responsibly. You may be required to work overtime. Basic Employee responsibilities:
Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule.

Company equipment must be used for company purposes only.
Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose.
Dress appropriately to your job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual, (No open toed shoes in warehouse)
Always pick up after yourself
Keep your work area neat and clean.
Always ask questions if you are unsure.
Always check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shift
Job specific responsibilities:
QC vehicles coming out of pressure wash to ensure the bottom of the frames are being cleaned, bikes are being pushed forward so that the dirt hidden by the fender is being cleaned off.
Walk through the staging area in front of our wipe down area and ensure the license plates are being taken off repo’s, saddle bags are clear of trash and the overall cleanliness is at the level we expect. I would also like to see you check the line up on Wednesday night and make sure all the water has been removed from the storage compartments on ATV’s and side x side, specifically the Honda Finance units.
Communicate with AGM with detail supplies that are needed.
Wash and Detail units
Responsible for detail area
Responsible for the relocation of detailed units to pre-condition report area
Verify that the vehicles are labeled and have keys.
Verify that vehicles have enough fuel to process a condition report.
Attach, zip-tie, keys to units for security.
You must be able to lift 75 lbs.
You must be able to maneuver and operate a 2-wheel motorcycle with expertise.
Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners, and fuel fumes.
You must be able to push a rolling 900lb motorcycle with relative ease.
Put correct air pressure in tires as needed.
Responsible for all company equipment and tools associated with Detail/Battery and Vehicle Prep
Helping unload/load vehicles as needed
Changing battery’s as necessary
Keep clean rags separated from dirty ones.
Responsible for the detailing of the auction cart on auction day
Responsible for moving auction cart on auction day.
Responsible for all power equipment associated with detail services, (Check oil, check fuel and replace as needed)
