What You’ll Do:This position supports NPT’s Institutional Services relationship managers and their daily support of NPT’s institutional client relationships. In addition, the specialist will also serve as a liaison between the institutional services department and other NPT internal teams such as operations, development, marketing, grants, technology, finance, legal/compliance, etc.
Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Partner with NPT Institutional Services Relationship Managers to provide ongoing support to Financial Service Partners (FSPs) and Preferred Partner organizations. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
    • Serve as liaison between respective internal teams and FSPs on operational, marketing, development and technological initiatives.
    • Coordinate scheduling meetings and calls, assist with meeting notes and dissemination of actionable items
    • Coordinate and assist with management and implementation of all associated tasks in connection with each FSP’s annual activity calendars and strategic account plans
    • Manage project timelines and implementation for FSP projects (i.e., investment changes, form changes, program enhancements, operational and workflow improvements)
    • Distribute marketing materials and thought leadership to FSPs
  • Manage client relationship management within Salesforce and documentation management within SharePoint
  • Support Relationship Managers with escalation/issues resolution, as needed
  • Provide and lead secondary relationship management support for NPT’s family office relationships
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on FSPs in internal working groups and projects, as needed.
  • Provide internal support, as needed, for Giving Season reservist duties across NPT
What You Bring:
  • 5-10 years of experience working in a customer service or account manager role (financial services customer service role, nonprofit or charitable organization preferred, but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and solid project management skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to high work volume
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience with the discreet handling of confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team setting
  • Experience understanding operational processes, regulations and rules that govern client accounts is a plus.
  • Resourceful team-player with a collaborative and professional demeanor, with the ability to successfully engage colleagues across the organization as well as outside constituents.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and ability to learn other programs as required
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
