Plan, oversee, implement and control the company’s operational and fiscal objectives
Institutes and directs short and long-term plans based upon continual assessment and evaluation
Ensures corporate goals are met utilizing both a superior technological mortgage platform and customer service
Oversee all Mortgage Departments

Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate Operations Manager

Must have 10 years of Mortgage Operations experience with a minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity
Proven ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Demonstrated aptitude to drive production to achieve ambitious results.
Established ability to identify and develop associates with leadership or other skills for succession planning.
