Job Description:
As a Facility Manager at National Metering Services, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the efficient operation of our facilities, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to our core values of Safety, Courtesy, Quality, and Efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and offices to strategize deliveries and intake of project materials, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
- Organize facilities and lead team members, fostering a culture rooted in our company values.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries of project materials, vehicles, and equipment, maintaining a streamlined logistics process.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and address their needs effectively, fostering strong relationships.
- Assist testing teams in the laboratory and in the field, facilitating the completion of tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Motivate teams to excel in their roles, guiding them to uphold our core company values in all endeavors.
(Preferred) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar role within the utility industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.
