The Director of Employee Experience is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function for NKFM with a strong focus on culture and talent. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the HR team, and providing HR support to employees and managers. The Director of Employee Experience is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy that attracts and retains a diverse workforce. The Director of Employee Experience will have a focus on culture and talent, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and productive workplace. Your expertise in employee engagement, retention strategies, behavioral hiring, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion will be crucial in driving our mission forward.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's mission and values.
• Assess NKFM's existing organizational culture, developing and fostering new initiatives to address gaps.
• Develop and execute comprehensive plan to attract, retain, and develop a diverse, innovative workforce.
• Craft job descriptions with inclusive language, establish fair hiring policies and procedures, and network with candidates from underrepresented groups. Guide the standardization of hiring and retention practices and procedures with equity in mind.
• Partner with the executive team and senior leadership to assess and develop HR initiatives.
• Work with leadership and the communications team to improve and expand on internal communication strategies.
