National Inventors Hall of Fame is Hiring a Project Administrator Near North Canton, OH

The National Inventors Hall of Fame is seeking a Project Administrator to provide organizational and functional support for new and existing projects with a focus on tracking and communication, as well as an emphasis on quality work and detail management. The Project Administrator will support the Manager of Program Management in the communication of timelines, coordination of projects, and the development of team processes and systems with the ultimate goal of supporting the development of world-class educational programs and outreach initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Capable of understanding organizational cycles, timelines, and processes
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive knowledge of department programs, products, processes, and systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide clear, consistent, and concise communication with team members regarding timelines, deadlines, and potential process updates
  • Proficiency in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the day-to-day status of department projects
  • Ability to take notes, summarize, and recap intra- and interdepartmental meetings
  • Coordinate with the Manager of Program Management on project progress, challenges, and solutions
  • Flexibility to fulfill education team needs and support project completion as needed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking, and detail-management skills
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of workflow systems such as Trello preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications
Credentials and Experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • Administrative experience or project management preferred
  • Experience in informal or formal education environments a plus
