National Insurance Services is a full benefits consulting firm and a third-party administrator for public sector employers across the country. We work with 2,500 public entities in over 30 states. We address the unique employee benefits challenges and help provide solutions to clients while avoiding liabilities and potential pitfalls that public sector entities face.

You will report directly to the Account Representative Manager. Must be able to work within a team environment, which includes but is not limited to the regional Vice President, other regional Sales and Service personnel, and internal departments within National Insurance Services.

This is a hybrid position with a primary focus on the service and retention of clients.

$60K Plus - Negotiable based on experience.

• You will be required to meet with clients to perform proactive Best Practice and service reviews, which focus on plan provisions and overall administration. The main goal is to eliminate potential liabilities that may fall back onto clients and avoid improper administration of their insurance plans
• You will serve as the liaison between clients, National Insurance Services, and our partner insurance carriers
• Other functions include needs analysis, identifying cross-sell opportunities, renewal and rate reviews, provision change requests, market bidding, gap analysis, and employer/employee education
• This position will be considered for remote work from home.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the group insurance industry
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Supplementary Insurance background desired
• Basic literacy in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint) required
• Analytical ability is required in order to be able to analyze and identify problems, offer proposed solutions, and implement agreed-upon solutions
• Ability to read and understand contract language
• MN Life and Health License or ability to acquire those licenses within 4 weeks of the date of hire
