Conduct Home Supervisory Visits in the home with employee, parent(s)/caregiver(s) and child(ren) in Valdosta, GA at $50 per visit.

Conduct Initial and Renewal Intake Assessments with Care Plan $120 per Assessment/Care Plan

National Home Care Corporation is a homecare business located in south Georgia.

We are currently searching for a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team, who will be provide a combination of pediatric intake/renewal assessments, monthly home supervisory visits and quarterly employee assessments. The right candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as employees and will also be able to utilize their strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's home situation and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers who might be involved in the patient's care.
• Ensure the safety of all patients.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the patient and his or her family, and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete monthly home supervisory visits with primary and/or secondary caregivers and child(ren)
• Complete quarterly home supervisory visit with employees with input from primary and/or secondary caregivers for patient

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
