We're expanding our operations in Connecticut and seeking a Regional Director of Operations to join the team!

Our growing network of short-term rehabilitation assisted living, and long-term care centers is located throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. Our Passport™ approach to better health combines compassionate care with clinical excellence to deliver innovative solutions across the care continuum, including managing patients post-discharge.

Essential Responsibilities

Monitors the overall operations of managed facilities and promotes the successful implementation of the company's mission and strategic goals.

• Develops or expands corporate and facility programs
• Monitors facility operations such as budget compliance, clinical services and regulatory compliance.
• Consults on the hiring and training of personnel
• Acts as team leader to the operational team
• Ensures that facilities comply with corporate directives and implement corporate programs
• Directs activities of regional office support staff
• Develops policies and procedures for facilities
• Represents corporation and facilities at industry meetings and promotes programs through community involvement

Qualifications:

• Track record of success in regional operations with a for-profit multi-facility Long Term Post-Acute Care/Skilled Nursing operator
• Deep understanding of the following: SNF finances, budgets, financial experience, 3rd Party Reimbursement
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The successful candidate is self-assured and can work independently.
• 5 yrs experience at the RDO level with 5-10 yrs at the NHA position.
• Must possess a Connecticut Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License.
