Front Desk Receptionist & Resident Transportation

Day Shift

Duties: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

- Provide Resident Transportation to medical/personal appointments. Drive company transport vehicles safely and reliably. - Provide customer support by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and organizing documents - Assist with order entry and transcribe notes as needed - Coordinate and assist with event planning for office functions - Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager or dentist as required - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience: - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using computer software for data entry, scheduling, and document management - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

- Great driving record and ability to transport residents safely and consistently.
