Job Purpose

National Grid is seeking Meter Service Representatives in the Beverly area. We are a major electricity and gas delivery company with one of the largest electricity transmission and distribution systems in the Northeast.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a good driving record and be focused on customer, personal and co-worker safety.

This job will rotate throughout various locations within Greater Boston and candidates will work within the natural gas side of the operation to provide timely and quality service to our customers while maintaining high customer service.

Key Accountabilities

• As a Meter Service Representative you will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to :
• Physical offs
• ERT changes
• Leak Survey and Leak Surveillance (including leak classification)
• Field collections
• Wires down standby
• Assist on two-person assignments as needed
