National Garden Service is Hiring a Live Goods Merchandiser Near Danville, KY
Our Live Goods Merchandiser role is a good fit for those who are self-starting, plant and outdoor enthusiasts! Our company is made up of enthusiastic plant lovers who thrive in a fast paced, seasonally driven atmosphere. We provide competitive compensation and a fun & supportive environment to work in. We care for all outdoor plants at Kroger and Kroger owned stores Monday-Saturday with a start time between 6:00-9:00AM. If this sounds like something you would enjoy, we'd like you on our team!

- Store #363 844 S College St. Harrodsburg, KY 40330
- Store #713 995 S Main St. Nicholasville, KY 40356
- Store #733 200 Skywatch Dr. Danville, KY 40422
Upon interviewing we help select stores located closest to you.
As a Live Goods Merchandiser, your workday will include:
- Receive and stage a variety of outdoor plants
- Build and maintain product displays
- Water all plant materials
- Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
- Ensure proper signage is in place
- Maintain a safe and clean display area
- Remove and record expired plant material
- Interacting with store personnel and customers
- Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
- Complete report for each store serviced
- Document every visit using the Repsly app where available
As a Live Goods Merchandiser, you will be required to:
- Have a smart phone
- Have dependable transportation
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Understand and execute planograms
- Work outdoors in all elements
