Job description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Person who is proficient in minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry work. The qualified individual will be responsible for handling all aspects of performance maintenance, repairs and customer service while also completing any other tasks which may be required by our company.
Responsibilities:
general upkeep and minor repairs
perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
diagnose and repair broken assets
maintain a record of performed maintenance tasks
keep hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean
follow safety precautions and adhere to the schedule
