Opportunity: Branch Manager with Equity Ownership

Primary Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the growth and operation of our Florida branch office. This includes but is not limited to profit/loss management, employee supervision, project management, quality control, health and safety oversight, client relations and development, and new business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in geotechnical engineering, materials testing, or environmental consulting, along with proven leadership abilities.
Key Duties:
- Prepare proposals and reports for projects in accordance with company procedures.
- Review contracts and proposals prepared by office personnel.
- Monitor job status reports and coordinate projects with staff.
- Direct and participate in marketing efforts to maintain client contacts for future development of new business.
- Ensure overall profitability of the branch.
- Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
- Monitor quality standards and practices.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer registration.
- Experience in geotechnical engineering, materials testing, or environmental consulting.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role.

Salary:
$150,000 - $200,000 Bonus Equity
