National Diabetes Care, LLC. is Hiring a Patient Service Representative Near Webster, MA
Customer service representative main duties will be answering phones and giving detailed information to Patients, Hospitals, Doctors and a host of other medical professionals. You will also be expected to understand and work with EMRs (electronic medical records systems) be strong in excel and understand insurance verifications. Experience in Bright tree is a huge plus. Experience in the DME world is also a great advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
