The Opportunity:
National Development (ND) is seeking a Property Administrator for a portfolio of buildings at The District in Burlington, MA. The District is a vibrant 1.3M sf business center situated on 64 acres with ten commercial and three retail buildings. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve. This role must be capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, with a focus on superior tenant and building customer service, which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. During ND’s ownership, The District has been transformed to meet the needs of today’s innovative work force.
