Position Overview
The purpose of this position is to administer the receipt, management, and liquidation of Complex (illiquid) Asset contributions which consist of Real Estate, private stock, loan notes, life insurance and other complex gifts. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper management and sale of assets, and optimizing the value from each gifted Asset. Management of all held Assets from intake to sale, including coordinating payment of Asset-related expenses and posting of payments, ensuring Asset compliance with federal and state regulations and foundation policies, assisting in marketing efforts, and sale by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
This position is hybrid based out of the office in Alpharetta, GA, however, during training the successful candidate will have to be in the office more frequently.
