National Center for Plastic Surgery is Hiring a Medical Practice Manager Near Mc Lean, VA
Busy plastic surgery group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative and operational aspects of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and satisfaction
- Monitor and manage the practice's financial performance, including budgeting and billing
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Implement and maintain electronic health record systems
- Provide leadership in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with human resources to handle employee relations issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a medical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using EMR such as EPIC, Nextech or similar practice management software
- Familiarity with human resources processes and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of utilization management processes is a plus
