The Gig...

As a CNC Operator, you will make components for first articles or production. Successful candidates will be monitoring quality by: taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

What You'll Do...

• Monitor quality by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming control 
• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and proccess
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

Physical Requirements...

• Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50-75lbs
• May stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must have adequate sight to read blueprints 

What You Need...

• Highschool diploma or equivalent 
• Knowledge of G & M codes
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment 
• Experience with HAAS CNC mills, preferred
• Experience with HASS CNC lathes, preferred
• 2 year degree in machining, preferred
• Ability to read precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gages
• Ability to speak, write, read and comprehend procedures in English 
• Ability to machine all types of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless and plastics)
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
