Description
National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a substance abuse treatment facility in Arlington, VA is currently seeking a full-time Residential Specialist to join our Adult Women's Residential Program. Responsibilities include monitoring the therapeutic milieu and client activities, responding to client’s crises and emergencies as needed. This position requires the individual to possess good boundary guidelines within the scope and setting of the therapeutic interaction. This popsition assures a safe and drug free environment and provides Life Skills and 12 Step Education. This position is per diem.
