Attorney with min 2 years of experience in either field:

1. Immigration, or

2. Family law

Bar admission accepted: MD, VA (Other states bar admission is accepted for immigration field attorney). [Do NOT apply if you don’t have bar admission]

Foreign language is a must (most preferred languages Spanish, Russian or Farsi).

Job requirements: Interact with clients, supervise trained paralegals, make appearances in court, review court filings prepared by trained paralegals. Ability to maintain client’s confidence. Ability to multi-task, maintain a large work load of clients. Be able to learn on the job. Responsible.

Job description: Hybrid in-office (Tysons Corner, VA) and virtual position. Can start as part-time (with expectation to become full time).

Salary depends on knowledge, experience and qualifications and ability to cover more matters. Bringing clients is not required for the position.
