We are looking for a Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will be detailed and process-oriented with a high level of enthusiasm. They will assist with various aspects of the business related to Sales and Operations. The administrator will provide essential support for the sales team and will generate sales quotes and process sales orders, update customer contact information in CRM, generate sales reports, respond to inquiries from customers, and perform other business-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes
• Track bus/vehicle status in shop and updates managers as needed
• Take pictures and measurements on buses
• Respond to email requests regarding requests for information, warranties, etc
• Process bill of sales
• Enter accurate information into CRM tool, provide activity records as requested
• Compiling information/training materials for new sales team members
• Attend sales meetings
• Track titles and provide status updates to appropriate sales members
• Create customer reports as needed by sales
• Create presentations for sales group and management as necessary
• Support sales with mailings and other correspondence
• Maintain paper and electronic files

Qualifications:

• Experience with sales processing and/or reporting experience preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and Photoshop
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
