The Accounting Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and facilitating compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic beverage company.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and conduct account reconciliations.- Prepare and process employee expense reports in a timely manner.- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analysis.- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.- Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc projects as required. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
