Job Descriptionthe Dealership Group is looking for a Parts & Service Director to manage all Parts and Service functions for its dealerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise a staff of up to 50
- Manage all aspects of the service operation
- Maintain high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction
- Prioritized and scheduled day-to-day service repairs
- Assist with technical issues as needed
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met
- Manage parts inventory
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control warranty expenses
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment
- Market and parts and service business
- Proven leadership, management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated history of leadership
- Familiar with automotive dealership computer software
- Experience as automotive service manager is a must
- Understanding of quality customer service
- Bias for taking action to solve problems
- Great positive attitude
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug test
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent driving record
