National Auto is Hiring a Customer Relations Manager Near Reynoldsburg, OH

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the phone and taking customer payments
  • Responding to and addressing customer concerns
  • Performing Clerical tasks such as document review, mailing letters, vehicle title work and registration. Document filing and organization.
  • Scheduling service work.
  • Cross training between sales to understand sales procedure and data input.
  • Social media marketing
  • Bilingual candidate is preferred English/Spanish

This job is partially remote. There are a few days a week required to be in office.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
