Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone and taking customer payments
- Responding to and addressing customer concerns
- Performing Clerical tasks such as document review, mailing letters, vehicle title work and registration. Document filing and organization.
- Scheduling service work.
- Cross training between sales to understand sales procedure and data input.
- Social media marketing
- Bilingual candidate is preferred English/Spanish
This job is partially remote. There are a few days a week required to be in office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
