Position: Coordinator, Events & Education

Reports To: Vice President, Events & Member Services

Location: Alexandria, VA/Hybrid work environment

NAPEO advocates for the interests of PEOs at all levels of government and provides robust member resources for PEOs. PEOs provide payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance assistance, and other HR services to small and mid-sized companies. NAPEO is seeking a Coordinator of Events & Education to support the events and education teams.

As the Coordinator of Events & Education, you will contribute to NAPEO’s strategic plan by providing excellent customer service in the events and education area to members and prospects. You will provide essential support to NAPEO’s educational events and aid in customer support functions across the board for events, sponsors, and exhibitors. This position reports to the VP of Events & Member Services.

Qualified candidates offer:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of experience in event support
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
