National Association of Broadcasters is Hiring a Project Coordinator, NAB Show Content Near Washington, DC

Summary

The Project Coordinator, NAB Show Content supports the content team as they drive growth for NAB’s major conventions and conferences. The project coordinator will support the content team in coordinating logistics and administrative tasks that ensure the successful execution of all content programs at NAB Show, NAB Show New York, and other events. 

Essential Functions

Support the overall content team in coordinating all logistics and administrative tasks.

Work with overall content team to effect quality control and to oversee adding of session and speaker data to content management system with help of outside partner(s). 

Assist in managing speaker arrangements, scheduling and communications with both internal and external partners.

Help organize and maintain content-related documents and resources.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure all built content aligns with marketing goals and deadlines for sharing content are met.

Coordinate with other internal teams to make sure milestones, vision and general information is free flowing.

Other duties as assigned. 

Required Education and Experience

3 years of related experience. 

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. 

Project management ability; capacity to develop, manage and meet timelines.

Preferred Education and Experience

Four-year degree, especially in media, journalism, content/film/tv production, or communications/PR.

Demonstrated media and entertainment industry (Film, TV, streaming, broadcast, radio, gaming or similar) experience.

General understanding of conference and trade show business models.

Experience with data entry in CMS (content management systems).

Work Location and Schedule

This position is eligible for NAB's Hybrid Work Schedule of three days (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) in the D.C. office each week.
