Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Recruiter at National Agents Alliance - The Alliance in Burlington, NC. As a National Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified insurance agents, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. You will work closely with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies and build a pipeline of talented agents. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to meet recruitment goals.

• Knowledge of insurance industry and products
