Recovery Addiction Editor - Position Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating across the National Addiction Awareness Complex (NAAC) leadership team to develop the template, structure, and outline of a monthly newsletter, which may include sections related to:
Candidate may be asked to develop marketing content that can be used in emails, social media, or in any marketing form. This could include, but is not limited to:
Candidates will need to live within a reasonable commute to our planning office in Denver, PA even though most of the work will be done at your own home office.

At the NAAC, we are building a team of like-minded individuals who enjoy an alcohol-free and drug-free sober lifestyle. We are entrepreneurial-spirited individuals who have come together to address the impact of addiction in all its various forms by sharing our life & work experience, education, and fellowship.
As a startup team member, we are offering Fundraising Based Compensation as a Contractor for this opportunity. Compensation will be fully explained during the interview process. As a contractor, you will need to be financially stable to participate with us as a startup team member.

4. Acknowledge that you understand this position is an Independent Freelance project opportunity, and not a full-time job offer, and that you are financially stable to receive compensation as a percentage of funds raised by the NAAC (we will discuss further during interview).
5. The PA county in which you reside.
6. Whether you are able to make meetings at our planning office in Denver, PA as required to fulfill the fundraising director position requirements.

Qualified candidates, who have provided both a resume and cover letter, will be contacted to set up a phone call (please provide your preferred phone number). After the phone interview, should there be continued mutual interest, the next step will be an invitation to a Zoom meeting that will include a presentation of our vision for the National Addiction Awareness Complex. There will be plenty of time for all your questions to be answered. If we both feel there might be a fit, we will schedule an in-person deeper interview at our Denver, PA Planning Office.
