Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, to manage seating arrangements

Experience:
-friendly customer service is required and expected
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to help guests with inquiries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
