Natick Family Dental is Hiring a General Dentist Near Natick, MA

Natick Family Dental is a multi specialty dental practice that uses the latest technology and techniques to maximize patient convenience, comfort and satisfaction. This commitment means we are equipped to deliver every service you and your family may need from restorative to reconstructive, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. This comprehensive approach is also supported by our strong investment in the latest pain management and equipment sterilization technology.

In terms of dental procedures, we offer General & Reconstructive Dentistry, Sedation Dentistry, Cosmetic dentistry, Implant dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, and Sleep Apnea.

Primary responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional General Dentist to join our private practice in Natick, MA. This role is a full-time position. We are an insurance/fee for service based family practice that focuses on true comprehensive care (No Mass Health patients). We do all aspects of general dentistry and specialize in Sedation Dentistry.

The day-to-day clinical duties of a General Dentist include the following:

  • Examine, diagnose and treat oral diseases, including the following:
  • Comprehensive oral evaluation and treatment planning
  • Preventive and restorative dentistry
  • Fixed and removable prosthodontics
  • Emergency treatment
  • Endodontics, including molars
  • Tooth extraction-simple and surgical
  • Prescription and delivery of anesthetics/analgesics/medicaments
  • Gum disease detection, prevention and treatment
  • Cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening and Veneers, Invisalign
  • Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies
  • Refer patients to appropriate specialists when needed
  • Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in dental field
  • Work with office staff in managing patient appointments including scheduling your patients

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD licensed and Licensed in Massachusetts

Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $230,000.00 per year
